The problem today

Permit inspections are usually a signed paper form and a photograph somewhere else. At renewal time nobody can say quickly which businesses were actually visited, which ones were operating at a different address, or which ones still owe a correction.

With InspectPH

How it works

  1. Import your business listBring in the establishments from your existing spreadsheet. Near-duplicate names and addresses are flagged so one business does not become three sites.
  2. Inspect against the BPLO checklistStart from the Business Permit Inspection (BPLO) form in the library, or your own. Each item is answered Compliant, Not compliant or Not applicable, with remarks and photographs on anything not compliant.
  3. Confirm the business is where it saysThe form records the inspector's location from the phone, not typed in, and a photograph of the signage, so an address mismatch is visible on the record.
  4. Review, then issue the resultA supervisor approves or returns the inspection with a reason. On approval the office can print a Notice of Inspection Result listing the items to be addressed.
  5. Plan the next roundSet a 12-month cycle on the inspection type and each business comes back into Sites to visit when its next inspection falls due.
